Delivery within Australia

woohooPets ships orders every Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, from our Brisbane-based warehouse.

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries. Most orders to metro areas are delivered within 1-8 business days.

Orders placed before 12PM AEST Monday to Friday are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday periods or busy promotional times, there may be delays in packing and dispatching orders. 

 

Shipping Costs

  • FREE Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days) for Australian orders over $85.

  • Standard Shipping for Australian orders under $85 : $9.90 (2-8 Business Days).

  • Express Shipping within Australia: $12 (1-4 Business Days).

 

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of receiving your confirmation email, please contact woohooPets for assistance.
